I have enrolled in every yoga session with Tiziana since I learned of the program, and her yoga class is the highlight of my day. Each class offers challenges and rewards, both mentally and physically. The classes allow me to focus on myself and relax, granting a welcome break from the hectic workday. I work in advertising and the stress level is constantly high. Our weekly yoga class with Tiziana helps me release the tension accumulated throughout the week.All those tense muscles are properly stretched and well oxygenized though deep breathing and I feel that I can walk tall again leaving the yoga session.Tiziana was able to introduce us to yoga and amaze ourselves by regularly guiding our bodies and minds to "take it further", "letting go", "embracing each position" and "holding it longer". I am in my early forties and started yoga with Tiziana a few years ago. These yoga sessions have been beneficial for my physical and mental health, but I’m not sure that I would have become involved except for the availability of Tiziana's course in the work place. Since I'm taking yoga classes my stress level has improved. My neck and shoulder, where I had daily pain has completely disappeared. I'm more aware about keeping my shoulders up and will therefore adjust my posture often during the day. I am aware of how to breathe so I can control my anxiety better.
